Notepads print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press for full-colour or single-colour tops on 4x6, 5.5x8.5, and 8.5x11 pad sizes. Runs are printed on 20 lb bond or heavier uncoated stock, collated into pads of 25 or 50 sheets, then bound at the top edge with padding compound for a clean glue-top pad. A chipboard backer is added before the guillotine trim, so every pad ships square-edged and stays flat until the first sheet is torn off.

Yes, we run NCR pads in 2-part and 3-part sets for invoices, work orders, and estimates. Sets are collated and glued at the top like a standard pad, or padded without glue if you need loose sets.
Standard backing is 30-point chipboard, stiff enough to write on with the pad in your hand. For presentation pads we can swap in a heavier board or a printed cover sheet. Backing is included on 25 and 50-sheet pads.
Yes, we add sequential numbering for invoice books, receipt pads, and job tickets. Numbers print in a fixed corner position and continue across every pad in the run, so no two sheets share a number.
A ghosted logo or watermark under the writing area is a common ask for branded pads. We print it as a light tint, usually 15 to 25 percent, so it stays visible without competing with handwritten notes.
Our practical minimum is 25 pads, since padding compound needs a stack to bind cleanly. Most branded orders land between 50 and 250 pads. Per-pad cost drops noticeably once you cross the 100-pad mark.
