Envelopes print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press for full-colour work and short-to-medium runs. #10 commercial, A7 announcement, remittance, and custom-size envelopes are all standard, printed directly on the envelope stock rather than glued onto pre-printed sheets. Full-bleed printing is available where the envelope construction allows. For repeat commercial jobs, we can inventory a stock of blank envelopes and print-to-order as you need them.

Yes, with a small live-area setback from folded edges to avoid ink transfer during folding. Send artwork with 1/8-inch bleed and we flag any construction issues at proof.
We supply. Standard #10, A7, and 6x9 are always in stock. Custom sizes have a short setup lead time. If you want a specific brand (Neenah Classic Crest, for example), we source it.
Yes. Inside printing (interior liner) requires a heavier stock so ink does not show through. We recommend 60-lb or heavier for double-sided envelope work.
