Letterheads print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press for sharp black text, crisp logos, and consistent colour across the sheet. Standard stocks include 24-lb and 28-lb bond for everyday correspondence, or premium 28-lb and 32-lb text stocks with a laid or linen finish for a heavier, more formal feel. Runs go from a few hundred sheets for a fresh rebrand to several thousand for larger firms. Sheets are guillotine-cut to a clean 8.5 x 11 and packaged flat, ready to run through your office laser or inkjet.

Yes. Our standard 24-lb and 28-lb bond stocks are laser and inkjet compatible, and the digital toner is fully cured before packaging, so nothing offsets or smudges when you run a second pass through your office printer.
Yes. Send us a printed sample or a Pantone reference and we will match it against our ICC profiles on the Versant. For critical corporate colours we recommend a printed proof before running the full quantity.
Yes. We often bundle letterhead with blank second sheets on the same stock and #10 commercial envelopes printed to match the letterhead design. Ordering them together keeps colour and paper consistent across the set.
We regularly run as few as 250 sheets, which suits a small firm or a rebrand refresh. Larger firms typically order 1,000 to 5,000 sheets at a time. Cost per sheet drops noticeably at the higher quantities.
