Large Format Printing in Montreal

CDMPrint runs four wide-format presses on our shop floor at 4119 boul. Saint-Laurent in the Plateau-Mont-Royal: Canon Colorado UV roll, Océ Arizona UV flatbed, HP Latex 365 latex roll for adhesive vinyl, and a Xerox Versant digital sheet press for indoor and short-run work. Together they cover every Montreal large-format need: posters, rigid signs, banners, adhesive vinyl, stickers, roll-ups, and architectural plans. ICC-managed colour on every press, FedEx Ground delivery across Quebec and Canada.

What we print

Posters

Colour posters from 11×17 to 48×96 on Canon Colorado UV and Xerox Versant. Photo matte, gloss or satin, synthetic paper, or canvas.

Solid Signs

Rigid signs on Océ Arizona UV flatbed. Coroplast, foamcore, Sintra PVC, styrene and card, 18×24 to 48×96. Custom shapes cut on our Colex SharpCut.

Banners

13 oz or 18 oz opaque vinyl banners, 18×24 to 60×96, on Canon Colorado UV and HP Latex 365. Grommets optional, by size.

Adhesive Vinyl, printed in Montreal by CDMPrint

Adhesive Vinyl & Stickers

Permanent, removable, clear and static-cling vinyl and backlit film on HP Latex 365 with water-based latex inks, 11×17 to 48×96. Decals and wall graphics.

Architectural Plans

Project plans and engineering drawings on 20 lb white paper. Black and white or full colour, in 18×24, 24×36 and 36×48, stapled in sets on request.

Frequently asked questions

Our standard online sizes go up to 48 x 96 inches for posters, rigid signs and adhesive vinyl, and up to 60 x 96 inches (plus 48 x 108) for vinyl banners. The Canon Colorado prints rolls up to 54 inches wide. For anything larger, ask the shop.

Yes. FedEx Ground across Canada with rates calculated at checkout. Rigid signs ship in custom-crated cardboard; rolled banners and posters ship in poly tubes.

Same-day turnaround is available on architectural plan sets if the file is in by 11am ET. Other large-format work, including posters, signs, banners and vinyl, typically runs 2 to 5 business days of production.

Yes. Get in touch and we will go over substrate samples and proofing options for your large-format order before anything goes to press.

UV ink is weatherproof out of the box, dries instantly, scratch-resistant, ideal for outdoor and rigid substrates. Latex ink is water-based and odourless, safe for interior environments, and flexible on adhesive vinyl for walls and windows. We pick the right ink for the job; you don't need to specify.

Large format across Montreal and Quebec

We print everything in-house at 4119 boul. Saint-Laurent and there is no charge to collect it. The shop sits in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a few minutes from Mile End, and we print regularly for businesses in Downtown Montreal, Outremont, Westmount, Town of Mount Royal, Rosemont, Villeray, Saint-Henri, Verdun, NDG, Saint-Laurent and Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.

Outside the island we ship FedEx Ground, usually in one to two business days, to Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Terrebonne, Repentigny and Sherbrooke. Rigid signs travel crated and banners ship rolled in a tube. See delivery times and regions.
