Solid signs print on our Océ Arizona UV flatbed, which lays down ink directly onto rigid substrates like coroplast, dibond, foamcore, sintra, and acrylic up to 2 inches thick. After printing, our Colex SharpCut digital flatbed cutter trims to any shape: rectangles, circles, custom contours, or kiss-cut overlays. UV ink is weatherproof out of the box, so the same sign works indoor or outdoor without lamination.

Coroplast (4mm corrugated plastic for fence and yard signs), dibond (3mm aluminum composite for real-estate and storefront), foamcore (lightweight indoor), sintra PVC (durable rigid), and acrylic (premium retail). Up to 2 inches thick.
Yes. Our Colex SharpCut handles any vector outline — rounded corners, contour cuts around a logo, multi-piece layouts. Send the cut path as a separate spot-colour layer in your PDF.
UV-printed coroplast lasts 6 to 12 months outdoor. Dibond and sintra with UV ink last 3 to 5 years outdoor without fading. Lamination is available for added scratch protection.
We print and supply with grommets, standoffs, or H-stakes ready to install. On-site installation isn't part of the print service, but we can recommend trusted Montréal installers.
Minimum size is 4 by 6 inches; minimum quantity is 1. Most yard-sign orders are 10 to 50 units; dibond storefront signs are typically 1 to 4.
