Solid signs print on our Océ Arizona UV flatbed, which lays down ink directly onto rigid boards: coroplast in 4 or 6 mm, foamcore in 3/16 or 3/8 inch, 3 mm Sintra PVC, 30 mil styrene and 18pt card, in sizes from 18 x 24 to 48 x 96 inches. After printing, our Colex SharpCut digital flatbed cutter trims to any shape: rectangles, circles, custom contours, or kiss-cut overlays. UV ink is weatherproof out of the box, so the same sign works indoor or outdoor without lamination.

Coroplast signs are printed on 4 mm or 6 mm corrugated plastic, a light, weatherproof board that is the standard for lawn signs, election signs and real-estate signs. Add grommets and the sign hangs on a fence or drops onto a wire H-stake.
