Spot UV business cards start with our Xerox Versant digital colour press, then move to our Duplo Spot Coater, which lays a raised, glossy coating exactly where you have specified in the artwork. Cards are 3.5 by 2 inches on 14pt stock with a 1.3 mil soft-touch laminated finish, printed on both sides, and the spot gloss shows against that velvety base for maximum contrast: logo, name, texture pattern, or full flood. Rounded corners are optional. Send a separate spot-UV mask layer in the PDF and we check it before printing.
