Presentation folders print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press for sharp, consistent colour on heavy 12-pt to 14-pt cover stock. After printing, folders move to our Colex SharpCut digital flatbed cutter, which handles die-cut pockets, business-card slots, and custom scored fold lines without the tooling cost of a traditional die. For a premium finish, our Matrix Laminator adds gloss, matte, or soft-touch lamination, and our Duplo Spot Coater lays down a raised spot-UV accent on your logo or crest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standard options include single-pocket, double-pocket, and angled-pocket layouts. Both pockets hold letter-size sheets, and we can add horizontal or vertical business-card slots inside the right pocket. Custom pocket shapes are cut on the Colex SharpCut.
12-pt cover is standard and works for most corporate presentations. 14-pt gives a more substantial feel and holds up better with thicker inserts or repeated handling. Both are available in matte, gloss, or silk coated finishes.
Yes. Folders are printed flat as a single sheet, then die-cut, scored, and glued. Full-bleed artwork covers the entire outside surface, including the pockets that fold up. Add 1/8-inch bleed on all sides of the flat template.
No. The Colex SharpCut is a digital flatbed cutter, so custom shapes, rounded corners, or non-standard pocket cuts run without any tooling cost. Send a die line on a separate layer of your PDF and we handle the rest.
Yes. Our Duplo Spot Coater adds raised, glossy spot UV over your logo or crest for a tactile premium finish. Matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination is also available on the Matrix Laminator. Spot UV over soft-touch gives the strongest contrast.
