Door hangers print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press on 12-pt or 14-pt cover stock, matte or gloss. Once the sheets are printed, the hook hole and outline are cut on our Colex SharpCut flatbed digital cutter, so the die-cut shape is programmed in software instead of tooled, which keeps short runs affordable and lets us tweak the hook diameter to fit standard interior door handles. Rounded corners, custom shapes, and perforated tear-off tabs are all available on the same cut path.
