Door hangers print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press on 12-pt or 14-pt cover stock, matte or gloss. Once the sheets are printed, the hook hole and outline are cut on our Colex SharpCut flatbed digital cutter, so the die-cut shape is programmed in software instead of tooled, which keeps short runs affordable and lets us tweak the hook diameter to fit standard interior door handles. Rounded corners, custom shapes, and perforated tear-off tabs are all available on the same cut path.

Frequently Asked Questions
The most common size is 4.25 by 11 inches, which fits standard interior door handles. We also produce 3.5 by 8.5 for compact designs and 4 by 14 for oversized real estate hangers with a tear-off business card at the bottom.
Yes. Our default hook diameter is 1.75 inches, sized to slip over standard residential lever and knob handles. If you're distributing in a specific building with unusual hardware, send a measurement and we'll adjust the cut path before production.
Yes. The Colex SharpCut adds a perforation line on the same pass as the hook cut, so tenants or clients can tear off a business card, coupon, or contact slip. Common layouts are a bottom-third tear-off or a mid-hanger scored coupon.
Standard 14-pt coated cover holds up for a day or two of dry weather. For rain-prone routes or longer campaigns, we recommend gloss lamination on our Matrix laminator or a synthetic stock, both of which resist moisture and tearing during door-to-door canvassing.
Yes. We can split a single run into French and English versions with different quantities, printed back-to-back on the same job sheet. Real estate agents typically order a 60/40 split for Montreal neighbourhoods, and we gang the layouts to keep unit costs down.
