Flyers print on our Xerox Versant digital colour press, which handles short-to-medium runs with sharp text and consistent colour across the full stack. Standard sizes include 5.5x8.5, 8.5x11, and 8.5x14, on 80-lb text, 100-lb text, or heavier 100-lb cover for a sturdier handout. Matte, gloss, and silk finishes are available on coated stocks; uncoated works well when the flyer needs to be written on. Full-bleed layouts print oversized and guillotine-cut to a clean, flush edge.

Frequently Asked Questions

80-lb text is our workhorse for handouts and mailers; it feels like a substantial sheet of paper and folds cleanly. 100-lb cover is thicker and more card-like, better when the flyer doubles as a rack card or table piece where a flimsy sheet would look cheap.

Yes. We fold in-house: half-fold, tri-fold (letter fold), Z-fold, and gate fold are all standard on 8.5x11 and 8.5x14. Scoring is added on heavier stocks so the fold sits flat without cracking the ink along the crease.

The Versant is digital, so there is no plate setup and small runs are economical. We regularly print as few as 100 flyers for event promos or test batches, and scale up to 10,000+ from the same file with no reproofing.

Yes. We print and cut flyers to the standard sizes used for direct mail, so they are ready to hand to Canada Post or a mail house. The addressing and mailing itself is arranged on your end.

Yes. Split runs with English on one side and French on the other are common, and we can also print two separate versions (EN-only and FR-only) from the same job at no plate cost since the press is fully digital.
